Your kind and thoughtful expression of sympathy is deeply appreciated and gratefully acknowledged. Thank you all for the loving care you gave our Mother for the fifteen months she lived in your facility.
We were very pleased with the attention you gave her. Thank you, too for honoring her on your Hall of Fame in October. That was very special. Hall #3 was outstanding. We “fell in love” with everyone we got to know. They were loving, gentle, caring for her every need. Our prayers are with you as you care for all your patients.
Thank you,
Leslie Engram Adams
To all the Staff of Washington Rehab Center,
Thank you to everyone who cared for my father in his last days. Thank you to Rehab and the Nursing Asst’s for their kind and professional care. I was especially grateful to Marsha the LPN on Station 2. She took the time to discuss my father’s meds and care so that as a family my brother and I could make good decisions in his behalf. He died peacefully and quietly which is what we had hoped for. Thanks again.

You helped make our family have such a great Christmas. Thank you to everyone for being so kind. I am so proud to be a part of such a loving work family.
